COMPANY BACKGROUND

Corporate Development and Training Centre is a Swaziland registered company with objects including world transformation through training and development, consultancy and applied research. The company has been in Swaziland since 2004 but the management team
has had company management experience from Zambia, Swaziland, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The company is a legally registered under the Swaziland Act of 1912. Its Accountants are Glenn Anderson (pty) registered and operating in Swaziland. cdtc has two main income generating operations/services in the name of:

•  Local Training - focused mainly on the local people in Swaziland , this training offers the tertiary and academicals training with international Accreditations including ACCA. AAT, ICM, CIC and City & Guilds. This was the main operating activity as at inception of cdtc in 2006. Known for its delivery and precise student assistance, cdtc emerged as one of the challenging colleges in Swaziland having searing pass rates in Accounting (AAT and ACCA-CAT) courses.

The local training courses have since grown from an average enrollment of 30 students per semester to a higher level of 90 students every January and 150 every February. The fields of training include:

Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, Management & business Studies and HIV/AIDS and Social Works. The enrollment has been vast and the integrity of the training centre has grown from strength to strength.

•  International Training - focused on participant from across Africa and the whole world. This type of training focuses on first-time Short term training, refresher training courses and Research Applied Training.
